When an animal is in a critical condition, or a long stay case, or perhaps has to undergo major surgery, owners often want to be near their pet, all the time. This is not possible in a general ward.

Now, this facility is available in My Pet Ward, which was opened this year. The entire unit, which is air-conditioned, consists of two separate rooms for sick pets and their owners, while a third room has five kennels where sick pets can be housed. The owners have free access to them and can use a common sitting area.
